Former Big Brother Naija All Stars participant, Pere Egbi, recently opened up about the reasons behind his attraction to fellow housemate Mercy Eke. Pere shared these insights during an interview with former Big Brother Titans contestant, Miracle OP, on Sabi Radio.
Pere pointed out that Mercy’s unwavering dedication to her faith played a significant role in their connection. He was particularly impressed by her consistent reading of the Bible during their time in the Big Brother house.
He said, “I noticed there was a small Bible on her bed, and one night, I peeked into the blue room, and there she was, reading the Bible. It was surprising because, at first glance, you might not expect Mercy to be that deeply connected to her spirituality. Yet, she prayed every day.”
It’s worth noting that Pere and Mercy developed a close bond towards the end of their stint on BBNaija All Stars.
