Renowned Nollywood actress, Funke Akindele, has responded to a troll who offered unsolicited advice, urging her to consider remarrying by 2024.
As a brief background, Akindele was previously married to Adeola Kehinde Oloyede in May 2012, and their marriage ended in divorce in July 2013. In 2016, the actress tied the knot with her second husband, JJC Skillz, in London, and she welcomed twin boys in 2018.
However, in June 2022, JJC Skillz announced their separation on Instagram without specifying the reasons.
Recently, a troll identified as @ModukpeMugabe surfaced on Akindele’s social media handle with the advice, “This year try and remarry u are getting old.”
In a sassy comeback, the actress simply replied, “Ok, wedding planner,” asserting her unbothered attitude to the unsolicited suggestion. Funke Akindele’s response showcases her ability to handle such comments with humor and grace.
