The MrsOnline, a virtual community for mature women, is set to make history, as it champions a groundbreaking initiative to specially gift over one million Nigerian women a gift to celebrate them on this year’s edition of International Women’s day.
International Women’s Day is a day set aside globally to celebrate women from all walks of life and their impact and contribution to society. In line with this, the MrsOnline Brand wants to make the day a memorable one for over 1,000,000 million Nigerian women by collaborating with 30 top influential women and brands to gift a unique item to the Nigerian ladies’ populace.
The contributors to this Gift book are women who have cracked the code of gender bias, poverty, access, culture, technology, and other societal construed barriers such as Taaooma, Edirin Edewor, Olori Adesola Kosoko, Professor Stella Odebode – Dean, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Ibadan and other trailblazing women.
Their special gift is a digital compendium personally written by these thirty amazing women who were drawn from different professions and sectors to share their stories and strategies in sizeable scoops of success.
The digital compendium is tagged “Success Scoops for Every Woman”, and is indeed an inspiring and empowering resource for cracking any limiting code
At a press briefing, the community Founder, Dr. Olufunke Samuel, stated that this year they decided to do more than just celebrate the day on social media, but rather, make it memorable by sharing a universal gift that will make an impact as well as motivate the average Nigerian woman to realize that; there’s “MORE” to be achieved in their lifetime, beyond the bedroom, kitchen, and societal construed spaces
The book will be released on March 8, 2023, and shared by the 30 women contributors and the over 300 volunteers organized by TheMrsOnline to work on this cause.
